Solid Roots handles phone calls for dental offices. We schedule appointments, take payments, and answer questions about treatment and insurance. We work closely with the offices and communicate information such as fitting in emergency appointments, requests to send same day xrays to other offices, and other pertinent info.

Our department takes a big portion of phone calls off the front desk shoulders and allows them to give the patients in the office more attention. We also help with rescheduling patients due to a provider being unavailable. We are also a great resource for new front desk staff and can answer questions they may have.

We provide attentive, unhurried customer service. We have the time to talk in-depth with new or anxious patients and build that relationship and confidence in our providers. We are knowledgeable, efficient, and compassionate.

We love learning our dental office services and all the information that our reps will need to know to give quality, knowledgeable customer service. We achieve this knowledge through group training, training videos, adding onto our resources, and individual coaching.
