Operations & Management handles the day to day operations of clinics and teams. From training and coaching to supply ordering and organization, our team provides our clinics all the resources to operate at a high level, seamlessly.

Below are some, but not limited to the duties we provide:

• Annual budgeting/yearly planning for marketing, team & infrastructure development
• Quarterly reporting for business performance
• Operations/Regulatory reporting to onsite owners
• Utilities providers relationship management
• Manage contracts for facilities management/maintenance
• Assist with on site employee evaluations
• Manage systems and keep all employees up to date with CPR certifications, licenses, HIPAA, OSHA
• Annual compliance/QA reporting
• Manage ordering costs to keep in line with industry standards
• Better pricing by 2-5% than normal practices
