Beginning his career journey with a solid education foundation, Andrew quickly rose through the ranks, proving his mettle in various leadership positions. His over ten years of experience in commercial and investment real estate, coupled with five years in healthcare sales, including significant roles in big pharma and dental sales at Henry Schein Inc., have equipped him with unparalleled expertise in mergers & acquisitions, strategic retirement planning, dental practice valuations, and much more. His reputation as a trusted consultant and advisor in the dental industry speaks volumes of his commitment to excellence and his client-centric approach.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Andrew is a devoted husband to his beautiful wife Trisha, and father to three wonderful boys, all under the age of 10. Andrew is a Youth Soccer coach to all 3 boys. The family shares a love for thrill and adventure, engaging in activities such as soccer, football, basketball, snowboarding, wakeboarding, skydiving, skateboarding, and photography. Andrew’s personal interests in oncology, psychology, and neuroscience mirror his professional dedication to learning, growth, and the well-being of others.
