Partner Event Guest Registration

We saw that you marked down you’d like to bring a guest if possible… and we are happy to share that we’ve adjusted our event planning to include your significant other. 

We made the decision because we know firsthand the stress and sacrifices that come with our line of work and its impact on ourselves and family. We felt that part of getting to know us means showing you how we think and act as a company, so we wanted to offer an opportunity for you both to let loose and enjoy some time away.

If you are interested in bringing your significant other to the event please let us know by filling out the brief form on this page. You must register them in order to be let into the event.

Be sure to arrive on time for the event as we are providing food, drinks and great conversations! This event is a great opportunity to meet great local and regional dentists and their significant others.
